Compatibility

The NanoCharge® Power Bank is capable of charging almost any mobile device that takes USB-C or lightning as a charging method, along with any Qi wireless enabled device.

USB-C/PD Compatibility

The NanoCharge® Power Bank can fast charge all compatible USB-C PD devices at 20W max. Simply plug in a USB C-C or USB C-A cable and plug into your smart device and charging will begin.

Qi Wireless Compatibility

The NanoCharge® Power Bank can charge any Magsafe and Qi wireless device. This includes any iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later and other Qi enabled devices.

It is also compatible with AirPods 2 (wireless charging case) and AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

Can I charge multiple devices with it?

Charge multiple devices simultaneously with NanoCharge®. Utilize the magnetic surface for one device and employ a USB cable for additional devices. Optimal performance is achieved with our recommended fast charging cable, delivering the full 22.5W power capacity.

Why do I need the 120W fast charging cable?

Maximize NanoCharge® potential with the 120W fast charging cable, achieving its 22.5W peak to swiftly charge all your devices in just over an hour. Regular USB cables may not deliver the full 22.5W power needed for fast charging.

How many charges can I get from a fully charged power bank?

Charging capacity varies based on your phone model. Our tests show the 5000mAh fully charges iPhone 15 Pro Max once, while the 10,000mAh achieves at least two full charges. Other phone models may vary based on battery capacity.

Can I charge Android devices with it?

Yes. This power bank is compatible with all Android devices that has wireless charging.

Does it heat up devices when charging?

NanoCharge® does not generate heat during charging. In the unlikely event of heating, disconnect your device, turn off the power bank for 10 minutes, and then resume charging for optimal performance and safety.

Does it support fast charging?

NanoCharge® is Magsafe certified, ensuring optimized fast charging magnetically (20W) and via the charging cable (22.5W). Experience efficient and rapid charging for your devices.

Does the magnetic alignment work for all devices?

The magnetic suction is only compatible with iPhone 12 series and newer. For older iPhone models and Android devices, we will send a magnetic ring with your order. Attach it underneath your phone case, and the power bank will stick anytime you charge.

Delivery Timeline: For the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries, expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days after order processing and dispatch.

RETURNS
