- Eligibility for Returns:
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an exchange or a refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item was delivered faulty or damaged.
✅ The item stopped working within 30 days of its receipt.
- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Send an email to help@beyondchargerscom with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a return authorization and shipping label.
b. Package Your Return: Safely pack the item in its original packaging or a secure box, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
c. Ship Your Return: Attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest post office. Every return is free for our customers.
- Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used during checkout.
Please note that it may take an additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
The total refund will be less 5% of the total amount paid, due to the transaction fee charged by our payment partners at the time of your initial payment.
- Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at help@beyondchargers.com, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, it will fall under our regular return policy.
